Instructions

  1. Put the raw eggs in a bowl or deep container and stir with a whisk so that there are no longer a single egg yolk.
  2. The seasoning:
  3. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of the other spices to the raw eggs.
  4. Depending on how spicy you want it to be, you can squeeze a clove of garlic and mix it in, or you can use garlic salt or garlic seasoning so that it doesn`t taste too much like garlic.
  5. After everything has been seasoned and mixed well, we come to the roast.
  6. Pre-frying:
  7. Cut the cooked ham into small thin strips or small pieces, in between heat the frying pan with a good piece of pure butter (you can also use oil, if you like). Cut the onions into small pieces and put them in a container.
  8. First fry the sliced ham pieces or strips, but really only fry them, then add the onions. Use a deep pan, wok would do. Fry everything nice and short so that the onions are red-brown, but not black!
  9. Roast meat:
  10. The best thing to do now is to take a wooden or plastic spatula and pour the eggs into the pan. Set the hotplate to half the temperature and stir constantly! Make sure to stir constantly, otherwise the eggs will burn quickly in the deep pan! Only fry and stir the eggs until they have become firm! In no case too long, otherwise it will be too dry. Nice, slightly wobbly, like pudding, something like that.
  11. Note for adding garlic:
  12. Squeeze the garlic clove and mix about half of it into the pan, if possible at the beginning of the roasting process. Add more to taste.
  13. Frying, seasoning and seasoning:
  14. In between, season to taste and, if necessary, season and add salt. So that it gets a nice spicy taste, but be careful when seasoning it, don`t overdo it, otherwise you won`t taste any of the other ingredients and only spice it up with chili powder. You can also use the juice of squeezed hot peppers, but only a few drops.
  15. Serve:
  16. After everything is ready, everything can be served covered in a bowl, but cover the bowl again and again as the eggs cool down very quickly.
  17. The scrambled eggs are best served in deep plates, as the cream is placed on the table. You can pour a little of the cream over the scrambled eggs to taste, it spices up everything and is not too dry if you have fried a little too long. Then all you have to do is eat.
