Ingredients
- 1 cup soy milk (soy drink), approx. 240 ml, preferably unsweetened
- 0.5 ½ cup oatmeal, approx. 45 g
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed, ground
- 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 cup berries, mixed, frozen, approx. 50 g
- 1 banana (s)

- Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork, add the other ingredients and stir well. Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, just stir and enjoy. You can eat it cold or make it warm.
- Tip: Once you`ve mastered the recipe, experiment with different fruits, nut butters, and plant-based milk to keep it fresh and exciting.
