  • g 1,000 kale, frozen
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 liter broth, strong
  • 700 g potato (s)
  • 4 meatballs, smoked
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and sauté in a little clarified butter until translucent. Salt and pepper properly.
  2. Add the kale, stir well, bring a little to temperature and pour in the broth. Cook everything at medium temperature with the lid closed for 20 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, peel and dice the potatoes. After the cooking time add the potatoes, stir well, put the lid back on and let simmer for another 20 minutes.
  4. Then add the meatballs and cook for another 10 minutes. Finally, remove the sausages, cut them into slices and add them again.
  5. If necessary, season again, but this is usually not necessary.
