Ingredients

  • 3 apples, grated with skin
  • 60 g spelled, crushed
  • 90 g spelled flour, whole rain
  • 13 g tartar bakin powder, approx.
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (scattered sweetness, heaped ) or about 0-5 g sugar
  • 15 g corn flakes
  • 20 g raisins
  • 10 g oat flakes, crusty
  • 30 g muesli (fruit muesli)
  • some cardamom
  • some spice mixture (apple pie seasoning)
  • 30 ml water

Instructions

  1. Mix the apples, raisins and spices and let it steep a little if you like. Mix the dry ingredients (spelled meal, flour, baking powder, powdered sugar, corn flakes, oat flakes and muesli) together. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top / bottom heat). Gradually add the dry ingredients to the apple mixture. Carefully add the water, mix very well. Use 2 tablespoons to form a total of 4 rolls from this mixture and place on a baking sheet. To get even buns, weigh the total mass and divide by 4. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 35 - 40 minutes. Don`t let that put you off, the rolls are still very moist even after baking, but that`s exactly what makes the rolls so brilliant!
