Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 drops bitter almond flavor
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g hazelnuts, very rouhly chopped
  • 3 tablespoon condensed milk
  • 100 g hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Knead the first 8 ingredients into a dough. Shape into rolls about 2 1/2 cm thick, brush with condensed milk and roll in the hazelnuts. Place in the refrigerator overnight or freeze.
  2. Cut the very cold rolls with a sharp knife into slices about 1 / 2cm thick and place on a baking sheet that has been greased or lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake at 175-200 ° for 10-15 minutes.
