  • Lightly salted salmon – 150 g
  • Boiled eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Fresh cucumbers – 3 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 150 g
  • Hard cheese – 150-200 g
  • Parsley to taste

  1. Grease a sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise.
  2. Grate eggs on a fine grater, distribute evenly over the pita bread.
  3. Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater.
  4. Layout the salmon.

  6. Sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Roll up a sheet of pita bread with the filling tightly with a roll (carefully, do not tear the pita bread).
