Lavash with Fish

An easy way to prepare a delicious and light snack is to wrap a filling of red fish, boiled eggs, fresh cucumbers, and cheese in thin pita bread.

Ingredients

  • Thin lavash (Armenian) – 1 sheet
  • Lightly salted salmon – 150 g
  • Boiled eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Fresh cucumbers – 3 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 150 g
  • Hard cheese – 150-200 g
  • Parsley to taste

How to make a pita roll with fish:

Directions

  1. Grease a sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise.
  2. Grate eggs on a fine grater, distribute evenly over the pita bread.
  3. Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater.
  4. Layout the salmon.
  5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Roll up a sheet of pita bread with the filling tightly with a roll (carefully, do not tear the pita bread).
  8. Wrap a lavash roll with fish in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
