Ingredients
- 250 g mararine
- 300 g suar, (possibly a little less)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 bottle flavor, (baking flavor lemon)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 medium egg (s)
- 170 g wheat flour
- 80 g flour, (whole wheat flour)
- 2 teaspoon, heaped baking powder
- 1 handful breadcrumbs
- 200 g powdered suar
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice

- Beat the margarine for approx. 5 minutes, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon flavor and 1 tablespoon lemon juice and beat for another 5 minutes until creamy. Gradually fold in the eggs. Fold in the flour, whole wheat flour and baking powder. Grease a loaf pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the dough and bake at 190 ° C top and bottom heat for approx. 50 - 60 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
