Marinated Fish

If you love to fish, then this marinade fish recipe will definitely be your favorite. Try it! I used cod fillets, but this recipe can be used to make hake, pollock, pollock fillets. I’m sure you will love this option for cooking fish with vegetables!

Servings: 7

Ingredients

  • Fish fillet (cod, hake, pollock, pollock, etc.) – 1.3 kg
  • Carrots – 300 g
  • Onions – 200 g
  • Tomato paste – 3 tbsp
  • Bay leaf – 2-3 pcs.
  • Allspice peas – 5-6 pcs.
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tbsp
  • Flour – 150 g
  • Vegetable oil – 150 ml
  • Water – 250 ml

Directions

  1. Cut the fish fillet into pieces, salt, and pepper.
  2. Breaded fish in flour.
  3. Fry the fish in vegetable oil until tender.
  4. Set aside the fried fish.
  5. Cut the carrots into strips.
  6. Cut the onion into cubes.
  7. Fry the onions and carrots until soft, stirring occasionally. Add tomato paste, 200 ml of water, salt, sugar, bay leaves, and allspice peas to the vegetables. Stir and simmer vegetables in tomato sauce for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Pour 50 ml of water into a saucepan with a thick bottom and layout the fish and vegetable marinade sauce in layers. Simmer fish with vegetables, covered for 15-20 minutes. Then let it brew for 30 minutes.
