Ingredients
- 2 rolls, stale
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 750 g minced meat, half and half
- 250 g pork meat
- 2 egg (s)
- Salt and pepper, black
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- 4 tablespoon oil
- acon, 1 slice per meatball
- slice Pineapple (s) (can), 1 per meatball
- 150 g Gouda cheese, sliced

- Soak the rolls in cold water.
- Dice the onion. Express the buns well. Knead both with mince, ground meat, eggs, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Shape approx. 12 - 15 meatballs and fry in the pan in portions.
- Place the meatballs on a baking tray, spread the pineapple and bacon slices on top. Top each meatball with Gouda cheese.
- Fry in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 15-20 minutes.
- Goes well with: potato salad
