Millet Casserole with Chicken

Delicious and easy to prepare millet casserole with chicken. Such a dish can be prepared for lunch and dinner, and if it remains, then you can have breakfast. The casserole turns out to be very tasty, cook, taste. Bon Appetit!

Ingredients

  • Millet – 200 g
  • Baked chicken legs – 2 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Green beans (asparagus) – 100 g
  • Green peas – 100 g
  • Butter – 15 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 0.5 tbsp

Any chicken meat can be used, only cooked. For example, if you have some grilled chicken leftover. Or you can bake a couple of spiced chicken legs. You can also sauté the chicken in olive oil.

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into small cubes. Separate the chicken from the bones and cut it into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, beat the egg and salt. Add milk to the egg, mix. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter. Rinse millet and pour into a mold. Add chopped onions, peas, asparagus, stir. Pour the egg-milk mixture, stir, distribute the products evenly over the shape. Spread the meat over the surface.
  3. Cover with foil. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. The casserole is ready.
