Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 onion (s), cut into cubes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can peas and carrots (medium)
  • 1 can corn
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly butter

Instructions

  1. Fry the onions briefly without fat, then add the minced meat and fry until the minced meat starts to turn brown. Then add the peas and carrots and the corn. Stir thoroughly, bring to the boil once and then simmer for 5 minutes. Take the pan off the stove. Stir in the sour cream. Put back on the stove for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. PS: you don`t need to add any additional fat to minced meat, as this is already fat enough, unless it is not a coated pan, then add a pinch of butter to the onions.
