Ingredients

  • 220 g flour
  • 140 g butter
  • 80 g sour cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 2 onions)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 120 g sour cream
  • 150 g veetables (e.. 2 carrots, 1 leek, 1 bell pepper)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. For the dough, knead the flour, butter, sour cream and salt and chill overnight.
  2. Dice onions, sauté in oil until translucent, add minced meat and fry. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté briefly. Let everything cool down well.
  3. Mix in 150 g cheese with 2 eggs and sour cream. Season to taste. Roll out the dough and line a round, greased cake tin with it. Pour in the minced meat mixture and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for about 50 minutes.
