  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 4 cucumber (s)
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and fry in a little oil. Add minced meat and roast well.
  2. In the meantime, cut the pickles into very small cubes.
  3. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Then add the tomato paste and pour some water over it so that the mixture is covered. Finally, add the teaspoon of vinegar to taste and, if necessary, season again with pepper and salt.
  4. Boiled potatoes taste best with this.
