Ingredients
- 2 handfuls lamb`s lettuce
- 1 handful rocket
- 0.5 ½ small onion (s)
- 4 cocktail tomatoes, or small panicle or roma tomatoes
- 0.25 ¼ cucumber (s)
- 1 handful walnuts
- 1 tablespoon oil (nut oil)
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 teaspoon, leveled honey
- some salt and pepper, from the mill
- 30 g parmesan, coarsely rated
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow, to taste

- First roast the walnuts in a pan without fat for about 5 minutes and let them cool down. Then clean the rocket, cut off the hard stems and wash it together with the lamb`s lettuce and let it drain well. Now cut the onion into fine cubes, quarter the tomatoes and cut the cucumber into small pieces. If you like, you can take a yellow pepper and chop it up. Mix the lettuce with the onions, cucumber and peppers, pour the mixture on 2 plates, then place the tomatoes on top. Now mix the dressing, made of oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper and pour it over the salad with a spoon. Finally, drape the nuts on the salad and pour the grated Parmesan on top. Fresh baguette or ciabatta tastes good with it
