Ingredients
- 200 ml white wine
- 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s)
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 bags mulled wine spice
- 300 ml Prosecco or sparkling wine
- 4 slices orange (s)

- Bring the white wine to the boil with the vanilla pod. Add honey and let steep for 7 minutes with the mulled wine spice. Remove the bag and vanilla pod and let cool.
- Serve with well chilled prosecco or sparkling wine and a slice of orange.
