  • 250 g pasta, (dry weiht)
  • 4 sausages (turkey Viennese)
  • 1 small Can (s) peas
  • 200 g mozzarella, (rated)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Wild garlic, (dried)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as usual. In the meantime, fry the onions in rings and the wiener in slices. Add the pasta. Fry until everything is lightly browned. Spice up. Finally add the grated cheese and fry until the cheese is golden yellow.
