Ingredients

  • 24 small sausages, Nuremberg
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat a little oil in the pan and fry the Nürnberger in it. When they are done let them cool on a plate.
  2. In the meantime, mix sugar with oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Pluck the radishes, wash and cut into thin slices.
  3. Wash the chives and cut into thin rings.
  4. Cut the cooled Nuremberg into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let it steep a little.
  5. It`s a fancy salad for parties, etc. Also great as a small meal with black bread, as a starter or as a delicious summer meal with fried potatoes. Very simple but with great effect.
