Ingredients
- 1 large vegetable onion (s)
- 8 slices bacon or bacon
- some pepper, more colorful, more crushed
- a bit salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano, dried

- Peel the onion, cut into 8 wedges and sprinkle with the spices.
- Wrap each column with 1 slice of bacon and secure with a roulade needle (or soaked toothpicks - but be careful, they break off easily).
- Grill on the hot grill for about 5-10 minutes until the onion is soft and the bacon is crispy but not too dark.
