Pai Potato

Pai potato is a crispy snack that can be prepared in minutes. You can serve such potatoes with any sauce or just with a glass of cold beer.
Ingredients
- Potatoes – 250 g
- Vegetable oil – 150 ml
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Directions
- Prepare food.
- Peel the potatoes.
- Grate it with a Korean carrot grater.
- Place the grated potatoes in a colander and rinse under running water under the tap. Allow excess liquid to drain.
- Then salt the potatoes well.
- Fry it, putting it in a little bit in the heated vegetable oil.
- Serve potato pie with your favorite sauce or just like that.
