  • 150 grams flour
  • 150 ml milk
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • 3 large egg (s)
  • some cream cheese
  • some jam
  • some sugar
  • a bit salt

Instructions

  1. Use the flour, milk, mineral water, eggs and a pinch of salt to make a smooth dough (it should be a little runny). Then heat a pan with oil and gradually bake thin pancakes (crΓͺpes).
  2. Then sprinkle with sugar and spread some cream cheese and jam on top, then roll up. The whole thing can be coated with Nutella, cheese, etc. Really delicious.
