Pasta with Sausage – Ready in Under 15 Minutes

Instructions

Put on a saucepan with hot water, salt it properly and bring it to a boil. As soon as it boils, add the noodles to the pot.
Put a pan with a little olive oil on the stove and heat it up. Cut into the casing of the sausage and squeeze small balls of the filling into the pan. While the filling is frying and crispy in the pan, you can cut the garlic, thyme and chilli.
Reduce the heat a little and add the chilli and garlic to the pan. Sweat everything briefly. Then add the cream and vegetable stock. Now all you have to do is season everything with thyme, salt, pepper and lemon. Season the mixture a little too much, because the noodles take away a lot of flavor.
Then put the pasta in the pan and stir everything well.
