Ingredients

  • 100 g ladyfiners
  • 100 ml pineapple juice
  • 4 slices pineapple
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark (semi-fat quark)
  • 120 g suar
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml cream
  • possibly cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Lay out the ladyfingers in a flat shape and pour the pineapple juice over them. Cut the pineapple slices and spread them on the biscuit. Then mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar and vanilla sugar together well. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the mascarpone mixture. Then distribute the mixture on the biscuits and chill for about 2 hours. Possibly Sprinkle with chocolate powder just before serving.
