Ingredients
- Margarine, 20-40 g
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 1 tube tomato paste
- 500 g pasta (macaroni or spirelli)

- Cook the pasta in salted water as usual.
- For the sauce, let the margarine and salt melt in the saucepan over medium heat, add black pepper and stir in the flour until a kind of creamy batter is formed at the bottom of the saucepan. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly with the whisk, so that no lumps form. Cook well. Then mix in approx. 3/4 of the tomato paste while stirring with the whisk. Possibly add more tomato paste until the sauce turns a nice light orange color and is creamy.
- Serve hot with the pasta.
- Got this noodle made by my grandma as a kid,
- and I still love this simple dish to this day.
