Ingredients

  • 300 g potato (s), e.., Laratte
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 300 g spinach, fresher
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 pinches chilli flakes
  • 2 pinch (s) Garam Masala
  • coriander seeds, possibly
  • salt
  • sugar
  • Chickpea flour
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into slices, carrots and onions into fine strips (julienne). Grate the garlic in salt or press through the press.
  2. Put all ingredients except the flour in a large bowl, season with salt and sugar. Knead the mass vigorously. Dust in enough chickpea flour until it becomes sticky.
  3. Put small turrets in the hot fat with a tablespoon and fry until golden brown.
