  • 2 pairs sausages (raw Polish)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 packet soup greens / soup vegetables
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 6 large potato (s)
  • 3 cubes broth
  • 1 ½ liters water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the raw Polish into slices and leave them in a hot saucepan, they can get some color. Then add the chopped onion and garlic, diced vegetables and potatoes, stew a little, season with salt and pepper, add the water and the stock cubes and cook for about 15 minutes. Season to taste again before serving and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
