  • 120 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ zucchini
  • 3 tablespoon, heaped mozzarella, grated
  • 4 teaspoons, heaped pesto (tomato pesto)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out a circle with the help of a plate. Then place this on baking paper. Mark a smaller circle inside the circle (e.g. with a bowl) and cut it crosswise 4 times up to the inner edge, so that triangles are created.
  3. Halve the tomatoes. Slice the zucchini thinly.
  4. Spread the puff pastry thinly with the pesto up to the inner circle, leaving a small edge on the outside. Spread everything on the pesto and sprinkle with the mozzarella. Fold the inner triangles over the filling and brush with the whisked egg. In addition, coat the edge.
  5. Carefully draw the circle onto a baking sheet with the help of the parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes and ideally serve warm.
