Pumpkin Pie Fast and Tasty

Ingredients
- Pumpkin – 300 grams (grated and squeezed from juice)
- Butter – 100 grams
- Sugar – 150 Grams
- Egg – 3 Pieces
- Lemon – 1 Piece
- Wheat flour – 1 Glass
- Soda – 1 Teaspoon (no slide)
Directions
- First of all, peel the pumpkin, rub it on a fine or medium grater. Let it stand a little, squeeze the juice.
- Using a fine grater, remove the zest from the lemon, and squeeze the juice out of its own pulp. We need 50 ml of juice.
- Grind soft butter in a separate container with sugar.
- Add eggs and continue to beat and stir.
- Now let’s add lemon zest, instead of zest, you can add half a teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
- Now add the squeezed pumpkin pulp, flour and soda, which we extinguish with lemon juice.
- For a cake, a shape with a diameter of about 26 cm is suitable for us. Lubricate it lightly with butter, spread the resulting dough.
- And we bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
- Let the cake cool slightly, then serve it to the table.
