Ingredients

  • 16 cannelloni
  • 600 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 500 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • 4 clove (s) garlic
  • 600 g tomato (s), strained or pizza tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Press the garlic and mix with the tomatoes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix the quark with the parsley and 300 g Gouda cheese, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fill the cannelloni with the quark mixture and place in a baking dish. Pour the tomato sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining Gouda cheese. Bake at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes.
