Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 1 packet tomatoes, happened
  • 2 beef roulade (s)
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped honey
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly sugar, brown

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the roulades into small pieces. Put the oil in the pan, fry the roulade pieces in it, pour honey and a lot of pepper over it. When the meat is browned, add the tomato paste. Add the tomatoes and let simmer. Finally stir in the crème fraiche and season with salt, pepper and possibly brown sugar.
  3. Add the firm spaghetti to the sauce and stir.
