Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 50 g suar or 5 ml liquid sweetener
- 500g flour
- 2 packs baking powder
- 100 ml milk

- Mix the quark and sugar in a bowl with a spoon. Mix the flour and baking powder in a second bowl. Add the flour mixture and milk to the quark and knead everything properly with the dough hook of the hand mixer. The dough is still quite sticky, but you shouldn`t add any more flour, otherwise the bread will only taste like flour.
- Put the dough in a greased loaf pan (this works well with a moistened spoon, as the stickiness does not matter). Bake the bread at 150 ° C for 30 - 40 minutes. Please note that every oven bakes differently, the bread may also require significantly more time. Observe and perform a knock test!
