Ingredients

  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 bunch chives, cut into fine rolls
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g quark, 20%
  • 100 g yourt 1.5%
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish, from the jar (no cream horseradish)
  • 2 pinches salt, a little more if you like
  • Pepper, freshly ground from the mill

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the radishes and cut into fine cubes. Set aside 1 tablespoon full, as well as 1 tablespoon of the chive rolls. Beat the cream cheese, quark, yoghurt and horseradish until smooth, season with salt and pepper. Fold in the radishes and chives. Pour into a bowl and garnish with the remaining diced radish and chives.
