Ingredients

  • 4 thick pork schnitzel
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 500 ml broth, fat
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 300 ml red wine
  • 6 tablespoon sauce thickener
  • some Worcester sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • Flour

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion into small pieces. Salt the pork schnitzel and turn in flour. Heat a little fat in a stew pan. Fry the schnitzel on both sides. Then take it out of the pan. Braise the onion pieces in the remaining fat. Add the fat stock, tomato paste and soy sauce to the pan, stir vigorously and bring to the boil. Thicken the sauce a little with the sauce thickener. Then let it cook for 5 minutes. Add red wine and a few dashes of Worcester sauce. Stir the sauce well and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Put in the schnitzel and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Serve with rice and mixed salad as a side dish.
