Ingredients
- 300 g flour, type 550
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt, barely
- 1 bag / s dry yeast
- 170 ml water
For covering:
- 8 clove (s) garlic, possibly more
- 3 chilli pepper (s), red, dried
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons oregano, dried
- a bit salt
- 2 points mozzarella

- Make a yeast dough from the dough ingredients. Let rise (approx. ½ hour) - we preheat the oven to 40 °. When we put in the dough covered with a cloth, we switch off the oven so that only the lights are on - they also warm a little.
- Now prepare the remaining ingredients:
- Peel the garlic cloves and chop them together with the dried chili peppers with a lightning chopper. If you do not have such a hacker, you have to cut everything very, very small - but be careful: residues of the chili peppers remain under your fingernails - so do not wipe your eyes! Possibly work with disposable gloves.
- Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices.
- Let the risen dough sit for another 10 minutes at room temperature (otherwise it won`t roll out), then roll it out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with olive oil.
- Spread the garlic and chilli mixture on the dough. Salt lightly.
- Sprinkle with the oregano. Spread the mozzarella slices on top. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake the pizza on the highest setting (we have 275 °) for about 10 minutes - until it turns slightly brown.
