  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150 g quark
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 sachets vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup rum pot, the liquid
  • some rum-pot fruits

Instructions

  1. Mix 150 g quark and 250 g mascarpone with the liquid cream. Then add the vanilla sugar and mix well with about 1/2 - 1 cup rum pot liquid, so that it results in a nice cream.
  2. Layer the cream with rumtop fruits in glasses or dessert bowls. We ate it straight away, but I would put it a little cooler.
