Ingredients

  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 500 g low-fat quark (low-fat curd cheese)
  • 500 g natural yourt, low in fat
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or stevia, as desired
  • fruits
  • chia seeds
  • Flaxseed

Instructions

  1. Open the cream. Mix the curd cheese and yoghurt, fold in the whipped cream. If you like, you can add chia seeds, flax seeds or the like. If necessary, the cream could also be sweetened with 1 tablespoon of sugar or stevia. Serve with fruits.
  2. Note: I always fill the curd cream in screw-top jars in which I take it with me to university. The evening before or in the morning I put frozen fruit in the glass. In the jars, the cream lasts for at least a week in my fridge.
