Salad with Beef, Tomatoes, Cheese and Olives

This colorful salad with grilled beef, tomatoes, cheese and olives is a spectacular and easy-to-prepare dish that will pleasantly diversify any meal. Thanks to roasted beef, the salad turns out to be hearty, the tomatoes make it juicy, and the olives and cheese add an interesting and memorable taste. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Beef – 250 g
  • Cherry tomatoes – 200 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Lettuce leaves – 80 g
  • Canned pitted olives – 85 g
  • Vegetable oil for frying – 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds – 0.5 teaspoon

  • For refueling:
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need. Wash and dry the tomatoes and lettuce.
  2. Cut the meat into thin slices one bite size. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Cut the olives into rings. Tear lettuce leaves into small pieces.
  3. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, some salt and ground black pepper in a separate container. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat. Arrange the beef slices in one layer and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Place lettuce and grilled beef slices on a serving plate.
  6. Spread cheese, tomatoes and olives in random order on top of lettuce leaves and pieces of meat.
  7. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
  8. Salad with beef, tomatoes, cheese and olives is ready.
