Instructions

1. Clean the lettuce, wash, spin dry and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Wash the lemon with hot water, rub half of the peel and squeeze the lemon. Mix the sour cream with the lemon zest and juice. Season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper. Finely chop the dill and stir in. Mix the salad with the sauce, grind plenty of pepper over it and serve immediately.
