Instructions

  1. Let the dried fruit soak in rum for 2 hours, drain and knead with the other ingredients to form a dough, cover and let rest for a good hour, then shape into 2 bread rolls, garnish with whole almonds and brush with egg white or milk. Pierce a few holes in the middle with the trial needle. Bake at 150 ° for about 80 minutes. After cooling, wrap in cling film.
