Ingredients

  • 500 g turkey schnitzel, cut into strips
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 500 g chicory
  • 1 glass black salsify (s)
  • 1 cube vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 200 ml cream or milk
  • 1 teaspoon basil, dried and rubbed
  • Worcester sauce
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey breast into strips and fry all over in hot oil. Season with salt, pepper and vegetable stock, then dust with flour and sweat. Pour approx. 200 ml of water and the broth of the salsify and bring to the boil. Add the basil. Add the chicory cut into 1 cm thick slices, bring to the boil briefly, then add the salsify. Top up with cream and season with lemon juice and Worcester sauce.
