Ingredients

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 4 pointed peppers
  • 1 large can (s) tomato (s), peeled
  • 1 cup rice
  • Salt water
  • Chilli or Tabasco
  • cream
  • Spice (s) your choice
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Put the rice in the salted water and cook until soft. Fry the diced onion, garlic and the chopped peppers well. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Sear the minced meat in hot oil until it is nice and crumbly. Then add the onion and pepper mixture to the meat and reduce the heat a little. Pour in the can of tomatoes and mash a little with the whisk, stir everything well. Now the cooked rice is added and everything is mixed well.
  3. Finally, season everything to taste. You can add some cream or milk if the consistency is a bit too thick. For seasoning, I prefer to use some grained stock, pepper, sambal oelek or dried chilies.
  4. A quick dish that tastes delicious the next day too! Green salad goes best with it.
