Spicy Rice with Cauliflower and Green Peas

Sometimes it is enough to add little spices and spices to make the dish sparkle with new flavors, as in this case. We recommend serving this rice with fish or chicken.
Ingredients
- Rice 100 g
- Cauliflower 300 g
- Green peas (frozen) 100 g
- Shallot 1 PC.
- Powdered curry 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric 1 teaspoon
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Salt pepper to taste
- Coconut oil 1 tbsp
- Coconut milk to taste
Directions
- Boil the rice in boiling water for about 30 minutes.
- Grind the raw cauliflower in a blender.
- Peel the shallots, cut into small cubes and fry in a skillet heated with coconut oil.
- Add cauliflower and spices. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add green peas and rice. Season with salt and pepper. Fry over low heat for another 10 minutes.
- Before serving, add coconut milk to taste to make the dish juicier and stir.
