- 150 g mararine
- 200 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 4 egg (s)
- a bit salt
- 4 drops flavor (lemon baking oil)
- 500 g wheat flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 125 ml milk
- 500 g apples
- 50 g raisins

- Stir the fat until frothy and gradually add sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and spices. Mix in the sifted flour, mixed with baking powder, alternately with the milk. Only use enough milk that the dough falls off the spoon with difficulty. Finally, fold the peeled apples, cut into small pieces, and the washed raisins into the dough and pour it into a well-greased cup cake tin sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Bake at 175-195 degrees in a preheated oven for approx. 70-75 minutes.
