Strawberry-Cognac Smoothie

I discovered smoothies for myself many years ago in one of the southern resorts, after which I immediately fell in love with this half-steam half-cocktail.
Ingredients
- Homemade milk – 0.5 l
- Strawberry – 100 g
- Vanillin – 1 sachet
- Cognac – 100 g
- Ice
Directions
- Pour milk into a blender. I use a stationary blender. If you have a hand blender, pour the milk into a deep bowl or jar, send vanillin and ice cubes to the milk. There are also strawberries. Pour in the cognac.
- Place the lid on the blender bowl, place it on the power supply, and beat the food until smooth. If you have a hand blender, put it in a deep bowl, and also start whisking.
- Ice should be chipped, and strawberries and milk whipped into a thick foam. When the smoothie has reached this consistency, you can pour the strawberry smoothie into portioned cups and serve.
- Strawberry cognac smoothie is ready.
