Ingredients
- 1 pack rice paper
- 2 romaine lettuce heart (s)
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 carrot (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 2 tablespoon peanut cream (paste) or peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce to taste
- 2 tablespoon teriyaki sauce or soy sauce
- 500 g chicken breast, possibly

- First wash the lettuce and vegetables. Leave the leaves of the romaine lettuce whole. Cut the remaining vegetables into thin strips.
- Mix the teriyaki sauce, sriracha sauce and peanut paste in a bowl and then stretch with water until a pleasant sauce consistency is achieved.
- If you want to prepare the rolls with chicken breast, you can now cut them into strips and fry them.
- Finally, fill a bowl with warm water and briefly insert a sheet of rice paper into it, after about 30 seconds the paper is tough and no longer brittle.
- Pull the paper onto a nearby plate, then cover with the ingredients and roll up like a wrap.
- Each roll can also be cut in half as a snack or serving.
