Ingredients

  • 250 g wheat
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 100 ml water
  • 150 g plain yourt, low-fat
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ caraway seeds
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ ginger
  • 75 g peanuts

Instructions

  1. Grind the wheat finely. Put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle and crumble the yeast into it. Pour the honey over it and wait for the yeast to dissolve.
  2. Mix the water with the yoghurt and the spices. Warm the mixture lukewarm and pour over the yeast. Knead thoroughly for 5 minutes until the dough starts to bubble. Let rise at room temperature for 75 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, roughly chop the nuts. Knead into the proofed dough together with the salt. Divide the dough into 6 portions. Shape each portion of dough into a roll and place on a baking sheet. Let it go for 15 minutes. Bake at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
