Ingredients

  • 4 pork schnitzel
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 1 glass lettuce, puszta salad (drained weight 90 g)
  • 1 glass mushrooms, sliced (drained weight 240 g)
  • 250 ml cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the schnitzel briefly on both sides in a little oil. Season with salt and pepper on both sides and spread thinly with mustard and tomato paste. Put in a greased flat baking dish.
  2. Cut the onions into half rings and sauté with the bacon in the remaining fat until translucent. Put on the schnitzel.
  3. Drain the puszta salad and mushrooms, mix with the cream and also pour onto the meat. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
