Ingredients

  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 75 g walnuts
  • 25 g pine nuts
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 50 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente.
  2. Chop 50 g walnuts. Puree the garlic, nuts, 10 g pine nuts and oil. Stir in the cream and parmesan, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the pasta with the sauce. Roast the remaining walnuts and pine nuts, chop them up, pour over and serve.
