  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 85 g cane suar
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, the size a thumb
  • 100 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. The recipe preparation consists of three parts:
  2. To prepare the mango chutney, peel the mango and cut into small cubes. Then mix the water, raspberry vinegar, white wine, lemon juice, honey and cane sugar together and place in a saucepan with the mango cubes. Add the cinnamon sticks. Pepper, cloves and bay leaves - ideally in a tea bag - add them to the pot (you can add them just like that, but you should remove all of them later, which can be very tedious). Then season a little more with salt. Stir in paprika powder. Chop the chilli pepper (if possible without seeds) and mix in. Bring the chutney to the boil and then let it simmer on a low temperature for approx. 40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. To prepare the tandoori chicken, cut up the chicken breast fillet. Peel and dice the onions and fry them with the chopped garlic in a pan until golden brown. Add the chicken and fry well. Then stir in the tandoori paste with the coconut milk and cream. Let simmer a little.
  4. In a greased casserole dish, layer the tandoori chicken and the mango chutney alternately with the lasagne sheets. You get about 2 layers of each one. Leave a little sauce for the last layer of lasagne sheets and spread on top. Then sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for about 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
