  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 50 g ham, leaner, diced
  • 4 tablespoon cheese, grated (e.g. Emmentaler)
  • 2 onion (s), red
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Halve the rolls and brush with cream cheese. Cut the onions into small pieces, mix with the ham and grated cheese and pepper. Spread the mixture on the bun halves.
