Ingredients

  • 250 g Mett, Thurinian, from the butcher
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch (s) marjoram
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 1 pinch (s) black pepper
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 rolls
  • possibly thyme
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the minced pork (Mett) from the butcher, if not already seasoned.
  2. The marjoram, caraway, and if you want, you can also mix in a pinch of thyme.
  3. Peel the onion and the garlic and cut into small cubes and mix in.
  4. Finally, add the 2 egg yolks underneath and distribute the finished mixture on the cut halves of the two rolls. Garnish with parsley, onion rings can be added on top if necessary.
  5. They can be served apart or folded.
  6. The Thuringian Breakfast with minced meat is ready. Good Appetite. Many craftsmen, construction workers and employees eat this during the breakfast break and the rolls can be bought ready-made at every butcher / butcher.
